You mean I can’t have bread….? Are you CRAZY Laurie? No, I’m not crazy…but I am crazy over this recipe. I’ve made it simpler than ever. I enjoy the breadsticks with our cauliflower pizza, or when I whip up salmon sautéed in butter and place it over a beautiful plate of fresh greens. There’s nothing like enjoying a piece of fresh bread with my salad or healthy pizza!

Healing Luv’s Breadstick Delight
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
3⁄4 Cup Coconut or Almond Flour
1 Tbsp psyllium husk powder (I found this at my local health food store)
1 Large organic egg
1 tsp baking powder
Beat the egg then place to the side.
Heat Mozzarella until sizzling melt it on a low heat.
Mix flour, whipped egg and baking power together then add the melted cheese. (hint: I put butter or coconut oil all over my hands while I’m kneading the dough it helps from sticking to hands) .
Knead in the bowl mixing all ingredient together. You will notice the flour doesn’t actually break up completely in the cheese it’s okay, knead well and place on cookie sheet.
Put ball of dough onto a cookie sheet form as you like. Spread out to about 1⁄4 inch thickness. I normally spread out into a rectangle but have fun and even make a heart shape. Allow it to brown remove and cut as you like.
Bake at 400 for 10-12 min, until golden.
Flip onto cutting board and cut into sticks.
Great with melted butter or Mariana!
